I'm Kayla Novac the owner and founder of Safety Harbor Golf Carts.

I didn’t inherit a business and I didn’t grow up in the golf cart industry. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Marketing and started my career working in marketing for a law firm in Orlando.

Somewhere along the way I found my way into golf cart sales — and completely fell in love with the industry. That eventually brought me to Safety Harbor where I began building relationships with customers and quickly fell in love with the community too. After building a loyal customer base here I decided I was ready to take the leap and build something of my own. That became Safety Harbor Golf Carts.

I started this business to bring reliable, honest golf cart service to the Safety Harbor community — a place I'm proud to call home. I built this company from the ground up with a simple goal: treat every customer the way I'd want to be treated and do the job right the first time.

I'm hands on with every part of this business, from sales and customer service to diagnostics, repairs, lithium battery upgrades, parts, and everything that goes into running a small business.

I'm proud to be a woman building a business in a male dominated industry, but what I'm most proud of is the reputation we've built with our customers and within this community.

My goal is simple: take care of people, do good work, and build something Safety Harbor can be proud to call its own.

And we're just getting started.
